Service Description

PUMP is a fast-paced, dumbbell-based workout that's specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. It uses motivating music, and you can expect a mix of squats, deadlifts, lunges, bicep curls, push-ups, chest presses, overhead presses and crunches.

Cancel 3 hours prior to class at no charge. Failure to cancel within 3 hours prior to class start time will be invoiced a $5 No-Show fee. Thank you for understanding.
