PUMP is a fast-paced, dumbbell-based workout that's specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. It uses motivating music, and you can expect a mix of squats, deadlifts, lunges, bicep curls, push-ups, chest presses, overhead presses and crunches.
Cancel 1 hour prior to class at no charge. Anything cancelled after the hour prior to class will be invoiced a $5 No-Show/Cancellation fee. Thank you for understanding.
