Service Description

Suspension training uses a rope system to work against your own body weight to build muscle. Along with the Suspend Straps, other miscellaneous equipment will be used to vary the movement and the intensity.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel 3 hours prior to class at no charge. Failure to cancel within 3 hours prior to class start time will be invoiced a $5 No-Show fee. Thank you for understanding.
